Shipping Coverage

We currently ship free of charge to the following 13 European countries:

  • Spain
  • Netherlands
  • Belgium
  • Austria
  • Switzerland
  • Denmark
  • Sweden
  • Finland
  • Poland
  • Portugal

Please note:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
  • International shipping outside of the countries listed above is not available at this time.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days after the order has been shipped.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Cost

  • Free standard shipping on all orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note:

  • The tracking number will become active within 24 hours after shipment.
  • Tracking information may take 48–72 hours to update depending on the carrier.
  • During major events or holidays, tracking updates may be delayed.

If you are unable to track your package or notice any unusual tracking activity, please contact us and we will resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can be canceled or changed before shipment.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
