At Safly Fun, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Refund & Returns Policy below carefully.

Return & Exchange Period

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving your item.
  • Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange:
  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Customers must use a trackable shipping method when returning or exchanging items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Items that are damaged, misused, or lost due to customer handling

General Return Process

Step 1 — Initiate a Return

Please email us at info@saflyfun.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos of the item
  • The reason for your return or exchange

Our customer service team will review your request and determine eligibility within 3 business days.

Step 2 — Ship the Item Back

If your return is approved, we will send you the return address and detailed instructions.

  • Do not send items back without authorization.
  • We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Step 3 — Inspection & Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days.

  • For exchanges: A replacement will be shipped.
  • For refunds: A refund will be processed.

Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective or quality issue), we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund.
  • If the return is due to the customer’s reason (ordered wrong item/size, no longer wanted), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

No restocking fee is charged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable.

If you have not received your refund after 2–3 business days:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your bank or credit card provider.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
  • Once the parcel has been shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
